Either party is an East Greenwich resident
Both parties live out of state and the wedding ceremony is taking place in East Greenwich.
Both parties must appear in person to apply for and sign a marriage license. A valid photo ID is required. Applicants that were born in the United States must provide a certified copy of their birth certificate (with a raised seal). Passports (unexpired) are only accepted as an alternate form of photo ID or for applicants who were born outside of the United States and cannot produce a certified copy of their birth record.
