Juvenile Hearing Board
This board was established to hear all cases referred by the Chief of Police with respect to persons resident in the town under the age of 18 who are charged with violating the criminal laws of the state or the town.

Kent County Water Authority Board
The Kent County Water Authority Board consists of seven members. One member is appointed by the Town Council of East Greenwich, two members by the city council of the City of Warwick, and two members each appointed by the town councils of the towns of Coventry and West Warwick.

Municipal Land Trust
The Land Trust is responsible for acquiring and managing real property in the town for open space, agricultural and recreational use, protection of ground water resources, protection of historic resources, wetlands, and wildlife habitat, and for public access to the shore.

Personnel Board
The board advises the Town Council and the Town Manager on matters of personnel administration, including compensation of all elected officials of the town and school committee.

The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing all subdivisions of land and major development plans, and makes recommendations to the Town Council on matters pertaining to amendments to the zoning map and ordinance and the Comprehensive Community Plan.
